Boiler Tubes

Water wall, superheater and reheater tubing

Stock statusProject supply
Typical lead timeStandard sizes 2 - 4 weeks; alloy grades 6 - 10 weeks mill indent

Boiler tubing for water wall, economiser, superheater and reheater service, supplied to ASTM A192, A210, A213 and A335 in carbon, Cr-Mo and austenitic grades. Tube is selected against the metal temperature and steam-side oxidation rather than the design pressure alone, with hardness, grain size and PWHT records where the grade demands them.

  • Grade matched to the design metal temperature, not just the pressure
  • Carbon, Cr-Mo, Grade 91 / 92 and austenitic grades from one source
  • Hardness and heat treatment records on the creep-strength-enhanced grades
  • Matching A335 header pipe, fittings and flanges supplied together
