Yes — send the TEMA sheet or bundle drawing and we will revert with grade, OD, wall basis (average or minimum), tube count, length, U-bend radii and the test package against each item.

Which grades do you supply heat exchanger tube in?

Austenitic stainless (304L, 316L, 316Ti, 317L, 321, 310S), duplex and super duplex (2205, 2507), nickel alloys (800, 800HT, 825, 625, 617), Cr-Mo grades (T11, T12, T22, T91) and titanium Grade 1 / 2.

Do you supply U-bent tubes?

Yes. U-bends are formed to the bundle drawing, stress relieved at the bend where the grade and service call for it, and re-tested after bending so the bundle can be assembled straight from delivery.

What testing and documentation comes with the tube?

Hydrostatic or eddy current testing to the relevant ASTM, plus flattening, flaring and reverse bend where specified, with EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certification, PMI and a dimensional report. Third-party inspection is arranged on request.
