Which boiler tube grade do we need?

It follows the design metal temperature. Carbon A192 / A210 covers water wall and economiser duty, T11 / T12 / T22 handle superheater and reheater sections, T91 / T92 take supercritical steam, and austenitic TP347H or Super 304H are used on the hottest passes. Send the metal temperature, pressure and section and we will put a grade against it.

Do you supply the matching header pipe and fittings?

Yes — A335 P11, P22 and P91 header and main steam pipe, with A234 WP fittings and A182 F flanges in the matching grade, so the whole pressure part package comes from one order.

How is Grade 91 controlled?

Grade 91 and 92 are supplied with the normalising and tempering temperatures and the post-weld hardness recorded on the certificate, because under-tempered or over-tempered material loses the creep strength the design relies on.

Can you supply bent tubes and panels?

Bending, panel assembly and swaged ends are arranged on project supply. Send the pendant or panel drawing with the bend radii and we will quote the formed tube rather than straight lengths.

Boiler tubing for water wall, economiser, superheater and reheater service, supplied to ASTM A192, A210, A213 and A335 in carbon, Cr-Mo and austenitic grades.
