Saudi Arabia is the heaviest consumer of specialty steel in the Gulf and the hardest to serve from a mill order book. We hold the grades Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden and the cement groups call for in Dubai and move them by road across Batha or Ghuwaifat, so a Jubail shutdown is measured in days rather than rolling cycles.
