Hardox 400
400 Hardox Abrasion Resistant Steel Plates is an abrasion-resistant steel with a nominal hardness of 400 HBW.
Hardox 400 is a versatile wear-resistant steel.
As a result of its high toughness, good bendability and weldability, this steel can be used in structures with
moderate wear.
These are all-around wear resistant plates and possess high toughness, excellent bendability and weldability.
This plate can be used for load bearing duties in various applications such as front loaders, dump trucks, buckets, and barges.

Hardox 450
Hardox 450 Plates is a wear resistant steel sheet.
Hardox 450, with an extra 50 Brinell hardness over our 400 grade, provides better dent and abrasion resistance as well as longer wear life.
It is characterised by its uniform eveness, high hardness & high strength.
It does not lose its impact resistance even ar low temperatures.

Hardox 500
Hardox 500 is an abrasion resistant plate with a hardness of 500 HBW, intended for applications where demands are imposed on abrasion resistance in combination with good cold bending properties. Hardox 500 offers very good weld ability.
Hardox 500 has obtained its mechanical properties by quenching and when necessary by means of and Fabrication subsequent tempering.
